Arrive & Welcome Circle: 9:45 am - 10:45 am
Hatha Yoga: 10:45 am -noon
Break: Noon - 12:15 pm
Lunch: 12:15 pm - 1:00 pm
Play music or Soundbath: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Break/ Optional Movement: 2:00 pm -3:00 pm
Yoga and Meditation: 3:00 - 4:00 pm
Fini
Please bring: Water bottle, layers, sunhat and sunscreen, yoga mat and journal and pen for writing.
