~A Day of Therapeutic Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing~
Join us at Purple Shore Wellness for a day of therapeutic yoga, meditation, and sound healing to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
With so many distractions and daily stresses we often wind up moving through our lives disconnected from our internal experience and the world around us. This can leave us feeling depleted, exhausted, overwhelmed, and tense in the mind, body, and soul. At this daylong retreat on a beautiful bluff-side property overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you’ll have an opportunity to reconnect—coming home to yourself and communing with nature through offerings of yoga, meditation, and sound healing. Our hope is that through the day’s offerings, you will leave feeling recharged, present, inspired, and connected to the nourishment and aliveness within and around you.
Offerings for this retreat include:
Physical movement, Yoga Nidra, meditation, sound healing with crystal bowls and vocals, and reflective writing.
Farm to table organic and vegetarian lunch, morning and afternoon treats, tea and coffee.
Free time to explore the beautiful property and beach, connect with other retreat participants in community or take personal time.
Plus, an ocean-view hot tub!
Teachers:
As registered and certified therapists and teachers, both Emma and Rachel have extensive backgrounds and training in psychology and yoga, and are passionate about weaving together the therapeutic, embodied, and spiritual realms of being into their group facilitation and offerings to guide others on the path of deeper connection to their individual self, the collective, and the greater consciousness.

Schedule:
Arrival, Welcome Circle and Land Acknowledgment: 9:45 am -10:45 am
Mindful Movement & Slow Flow Yoga: 10:45 am -Noon
Break: Noon -12:15 pm
Lunch: 12:15 pm -1:15 pm
Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, & Reflective Writing on the Beach: 1:15 pm -2:15 pm
Optional Free time or free movement: 2:15 pm -3:00 pm
Meridian Yin Yoga & Meditation: 3:00-4:00 pm
*All activities are held outdoors, and in case of rain can be indoors with an entire wall of sliding glass doors open for ventilation.
*The magnificent property is one hour or so from most Bay Area locations with easy on-site parking.
*No yoga experience necessary.
